I did! Out of six that were in there, one was totally demolished, and three were what I would call severely mangled. Two of those DIED IN THE POT within a week. Ironically, the reason I got those was because succulents are the unkillables of the plant world.
And yes, he is awful about dirt eating. I think he has pica. (Is that what it's called?) Did anyone else's kids do that? We can barely go outside. Well, we do now, just because I've accepted that he's going to eat stuff.

Are you not feeding that kid enough so that he has to eat dirt? Those succulents are really resilient - did you repot it?
